When seconds matter, police are minutes away. You should have the ability to choose to protect yourself and your family anywhere and anytime. Arkansas already has a concealed carry law that is costly to those who want to protect their families. Americans and Arkansans should not have to ask for permission or pay onerous fees to obtain a license to protect themselves and their families. I will work for a true Constitutional Carry law in Arkansas, like 5 other states in our nation, that allows you to carry anytime without a license, as long as you are eligible to own a firearm. Act 746 is a step in the right direction, but it will be challenged. We need a clear, unchallengable law for the people of Arkansas.
